Farmhouse Museum

The Friends of Kinder Farm Park, with the help of thousands of hours of volunteer labor, restored the Kinder family farmhouse to what it might have looked like in the 1930s and 1940s. On display are a living room, dining room, kitchen, main floor bedroom, and upstairs bedrooms, all decorated with furnishings of the period. Displays include signs containing additional facts and information.

The Friends of Kinder Farm Park Historical Society opens the house for free tours monthly. (See calendar for schedule.) Visitors can step back in time and learn more about the Kinder family.
